Open House - Saturday, October 18th!

ESYHF LAUNCHES AFTER SCHOOL EXCELLENCE PROGRAM IN NEW JERSEY

The Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation is hosting an Open House at the Flyers Skate Zone in Pennsauken, NJ on Saturday, October 18th from 1pm to 3pm. There will be FREE food and refreshments for attendees from Camden and Pennsauken, along with great prizes, giveaways, and opportunities to sign up for free after school ice hockey activities.

Phlex, the Philadelphia Phantoms mascot, will also be in attendance to greet skaters and off ice attendees can practice taking slapshots on a giant inflatable hockey net provided by the Philadelphia Flyers.

The mission of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation is to impact the lives of underserved children in the Greater Philadelphia region by developing programs that incorporate on-ice and off-ice activities, stressing citizenship, academics, and life skills.

ESYHF provides ice hockey and programs throughout the year at rinks across Philadelphia. This event marks the launch of ESYHF’s After School Excellence Program in New Jersey.

The After School program schedules are online for both PA and NJ. The new practices at the Flyers Skate Zone in Pennsauken are scheduled for the following days:

Mondays: 3:00pm – 4:15pm
Tuesdays: 3:45pm – 5:15pm
Thursdays: 3:30pm – 5:00pm
